Hi,
I installed the Flexible Captcha plugin to try.
I do not want to use it anymore, I deactivated it.
But when I try to delete it I get an “Internal server error”.
What is the solution?

Not part of the theme.
Likely you will want to delete the plugin manually from your /wp-content/plugins/ folder via FTP or from your hosting panel.
