I have gone through the link which you have shared. We are using nginx as our web server hence the points up to 3 doesn’t apply for us. Regarding 4 our php memory limit is already 512MB. For 5th point we are not using mod_security in our dev server.
We have already configured nginx wordpress rule for SEO part to work and it is already working. This is our dev url https://dev.prasthutha.com/ where SEO link works good. You can use htpassword login as dev / dev

Your answer seems irreverent to the issue we are talking about. See the attached screen shot, It keeps loading with the mentioned error
