Error while installing Plugins Accessing wrong path

I am getting the following error while installing at enews.pk :

parameter 1 to be resource, null given in /home/enews/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php on line 142

Why plugin is taking wrong path

it is installed in folder public_html instead of home, it should access here:
/public_html/enews/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php

How to change it.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
