Error with TagDiv Social Counter on Facebook.

I installed the TagDiv Social Counter in my wordpress. It works correctly on Twitter and instagram, but not on Facebook.

According to the instructions, I enter the Facebook ID, I enter the Facebook APP ID, I enter the Facebook Security KEY and when I click on Facebook Access Token I get a “please wait” message. It does not happen there.

Hello,

This means the social counter plugin must be updated on your end. Please disable and delete the current version you have installed now and then install it again from the main theme package you download from envato .

Hi.

I have uninstalled the plugin from my wordpress. I downloaded it again from Envato and reinstalled it. The problem remains the same.

What I can do?.
