I have an issue with editing mobile page.
The desktop version is opening and I’m able to edit it, but when I open Edit Mobile Page I receive this error:
Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

According to the message the problem is related to an element that is in the mobile page. Normally if you are making a new page for mobile this can be edited? If yes, then what you need to do is to use a revision for that mobile page – https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
