Yesterday we bought a theme from you, and we keep encountering errors while using the editor. We’ve tried deactivating plugins, but it didn’t help, and we’ve also checked server settings.
Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site. Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?

It appears on the main page I’m trying to make. With each new block on the page, an error keeps popping up. I’ve checked the forum, and this error occurs for many with your theme. If you can’t help me, I’ll have to request a refund.
