Hello,
I keep getting this error below on my website.
Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I can’t edit any content on the website. It shows everywhere on the website but I never added it everywhere
Hi,
Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
Thank you!
Hi Calin, I was working on one of the pages using the TagDiv composer when it happened. I used the revisions, but it didn’t fix it. Right now I can edit anything anywhere on the page. I didn’t add any shortcode.
I have not experienced this before. Kindly help look into this.
Some of the content here https://empiremagazineafrica.com/get-featured/ are appearing everywhere, which is strange. This is the page I was working on when the error appeared.
Now some of the content is appearing everywhere on the website, and I can’t explain it.
Expecting your feedback.
Hello, I have deactivated all plugins except the tagDiv Cloud Library & tagDiv Composer and the newspaper theme activated. But the issue persists. I can’t edit anything with the builder on a new test page. I need help with this.
Kindly help look into it.
Cheers
