Errors when updating the theme through the mainwp service

Hello everyone!
I use mainwp on my sites to update plugins and themes faster, as I have over 20 of them.
Recently, during a mass update of my theme from version 12.7.1 to 12.7.3, errors occurred. I selected 15 of my sites and ran the update through mainwp. The theme updated correctly on five sites, but not on the other ten (an X appeared next to the sites, indicating the update failed). I then selected 10 sites and tried updating again. The second time, three sites updated correctly, but the rest failed. I repeated this process four times. After updating the theme on all my sites, I discovered that the theme was completely broken on ten of my sites (the layout wasn’t working correctly, the settings in the Theme Panel were lost, and the theme couldn’t be activated). After restoring the theme, more problems arose: social media icons disappeared in the news feed, and the code in the Theme Panel that connects the metrics to the site was missing. Please take a look at this plugin, mainwp. This plugin has an administrative section, and sites will then be connected to it via the mainwp child plugin.

Hi,
We’re sorry for the issues you’re experiencing. Unfortunately, the MainWP plugin is not officially tested with our theme, so we cannot guarantee full compatibility.

Regarding the problem: in most cases, an AJAX error can occur while installing the theme plugins. When this happens, the website may display shortcodes while you are logged in.

To fix this, please go to Newspaper > Plugins and install the required theme plugins. In about 90% of cases, this resolves the issue you mentioned after updating the theme.

If you need further assistance, feel free to let us know.
