We’re experiencing an issue with our website where the Events Calendar Pro plugin’s series page is not displaying correctly when using the Newspaper theme. Here are the details:

1. Issue Description:
– Individual event pages are displaying correctly.
– The series page, which should list all events in a series, is not showing the events as expected.

2. Affected URL:
https://theisland360.com/series/mom-and-dad-lets-talk-sponsored-by-aarp-long-island/

3. Event Details:
We have set up three events with free ticket registration:
– November 7, 2024: https://theisland360.com/event/mom-and-dad-lets-talk-november-7-2024/
– November 14, 2024: https://theisland360.com/event/mom-and-dad-lets-talk-november-14-2024/
– November 21, 2024: https://theisland360.com/event/mom-and-dad-lets-talk-november-21-2024/

4. Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
– Tested with caching disabled using the nocache parameter.
– Disabled caching plugin and cleared server cache.
– Investigated potential minification issues.

5. Support Communication:
– We’ve been in contact with The Events Calendar support team.
– They’ve confirmed that the issue is likely related to the Newspaper theme.

6. Request:
We kindly request your assistance in resolving this compatibility issue between the Newspaper theme and the Events Calendar Pro plugin, specifically for the series page functionality.

Please advise on any potential fixes, workarounds, or theme adjustments that could resolve this issue. We’re eager to have the series page functioning correctly to properly display our event listings.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this request requires custom work to ensure compatibility with the plugin. Unfortunately, the support team can not fix plugins that are not compatible, but our custom work team can.

Thank you!
