Not sure why this is so complicated. Would be great if could be done in the block itself for great customization.

When I go to excerpt section in theme panel what do I adjust? I’ve tried reducing Module 10 td_block_11 to “0” but that didn’t work.
I don’t even know if that is the right place to adjust.
Love your theme, but the whole Module/block page is extremely confusing.
Please enlighten me.

If you use block 11 there, then yes you need to change the excerpts for module 10 which was used to create block 11. Try to add 1 instead of 0 and see how it goes – http://screencast.com/t/jsnnMRyyM – http://screencast.com/t/f9oIheI8B
Like you can see for each module it is specified the block(or blocks) where it is used, so it should work.
