Excerpt length for modules not working

Hi,

I just switched to your amazing theme and have some problems with adjusting the excerpt length for m category pages. I am using module 8, 9 and search but whatever I enter in theme option – nothing changes on the category pages.

Is there a known bug or am I doing something wrong? I am using the standard wordpress excerpt field on post editor visual composer for the post.

I hope you can help (again).

Hello,
If you use the excerpt field, that rewrite our excerpt settings. Our excerpts are used for autogenerate excerpts, if you put something manual there(excerpt field) that will be show as excerpt.

I see. So I need to remove my manually added excerpts and then it’ll work.
