Excerpt on post title

Hello, I am using an aggregator for news and sometimes it takes a lot of text for the titles.

As a result I would like to show on the title of the POST PAGE a title with no more than 100 characters.

I have added excerpts for the titles of all the other blocks.

Could you suggest me solution?
