Exclude category in Header Category List element on sticky header

Hi,

first of all I’d like to thank you for this forum. It’s helped me already so much.

Now I’m struggling with this:

In the Header I’m using Main Menu Sticky and have added the Header Category List element.
It shows all categories I have at the moment.
As some categories don’t have any content yet, I want to exclude them.

In the element settings, on the General tab under category list there’s an “Exclude” field.
I put in the slug of each category separated by a comma and space but the categories are still showing.
