Exclude one or more categories from top bar

Hi how to exclude “POWIAT CIECHANOWSKI” from top bar in category page from this site http://www.tvmazovia.pl/kategoria/region/powiat-plonski

I do not want to hide CSS only to remove it from the view in PHP.

Sorry, but the theme does not have any such an option for this! You should edit the theme core files and make some additional customizations if you want to achieve this. Usually, we recommend the developers from studio.envato.com.
