I want inline ads in all my posts except RECIPES. In the case of RECIPE posts, I want the ads inline. Is there a way to accomplish that exception condition?

Hi,
If I understand correctly you want to have inline ads on all posts except RECIPES this an be done using different single post template from tagDiv Cloud library that can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
Using a different single post template you can set the ads only for the posts that is set that single post template.
