Hi,
I want to exclude certain categories from my tag template (post loop block). Is there a way to do this? Or, can I add a regular block but still default it site-wide for all tags?

Hi,
Yes, you can filter the post from block by tags, category.. also you can remove specific posts, categories, please check our documentation for blocks and flex blocks.

No, these options are only on blocks and flex blocks, on posts loop you can excluded only the posts -> https://i.imgur.com/doxR4DW.png
