Is it possble to exclude Articles from Ads, if i use the tehe panel “Ads”?

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! Please provide more details about what you want to achieve so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Do you are referring to the Articles Ads which can be Top, Inline or Bottom?
