Expand Width of Editor in Gutenberg (WordPress 5.0) in Newspaper Theme

After upgrading to Gutenberg WordPress 5.0.1 our editors are complaining about the narrow default width of the editor. Is there a way to make the editor wider or full-width?

Maybe with a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/editor-full-width/
Or by code – https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/handbook/designers-developers/developers/themes/theme-support/#changing-the-width-of-the-editor

Thanks for the reply. It would be great if team tagDiv could add an option to the Newspaper theme allowing for wide-screen editing. I’m sure a ton of people would appreciate it!

This is already in work I believe, it should be available in the next theme update.
