Exploit Scanner Warnings

After installing Newspaper, I ran Exploit Scanner tool.. I got the following result

Level Severe (116 matches)
Level Warning (46 matches)
Level Note (721 matches)

Why are so many errors popping up?

Hi

We tested the theme many times because we want to make sure we deliver a good quality product to our clients that serve their needs and so far we didn’t receive any security complains. I don’t know how accurate are the results provided by Exploit Scanner tool, but if the theme would had major problems we should already have lots of complains regarding this as we have over 10000 customers.
You can try a different tool like https://sitecheck.sucuri.net// and see if those errors still appear. Also check the WordPress official security guide: http://codex.wordpress.org/Hardening_WordPress
