I’ve been facing a lot of problems with the Newspaper theme for many days now.
1) My infinite scroll is not working properly for a week. I was losing around 30k pageviews and a ton of ad revenue because of that. I’ve mailed their support and at first they disn’t replied. I always thought that premium support meant that your problem will be solved as soon as possible (mostly within 12 hours from the report). I got no reply from them for the first 24 hours. So I contacted a person from the ezoic team (my ad network) and he and his team helped me with this. The best part was newspaper team replied me after 2 days saying it is working now. But again I am facing the same issue with the newspaper theme with the infinite scroll. I’ve mailed the team of newspaper from the last two days and haven’t got a reply from them. Again told my ezoic person about the problem and instanly he told his team to have a look. I dont’ know why I paid for Newspaper premium if all of my issue were solved my ad network team.
2) For the last 4 days, my sidebar is showing below my comment section. But same, I’ve contacted the team of newspaper and got no reply from them.
3) I’ve had a issue with my admin bar as well. I am not able to hide it and it is showing the login option to my every visitor.
I don’t know who will help me with all these issues. A lot of my friends have been using the X Theme and Divi and to be honest, their support is pretty awesome, not like this careless support from newspaper. I am thinking to change my theme from newspaper to Divi or some better option on all 4 of my blogs and each blog gets over a million pageviews per month from google. I’ll probably share my personal experience that I am having with the theme with all of my visitors on all 4 of my platforms.

I have replied by email. Sorry for the delay, and I am also sorry that you feel that you have to expose all our team that is working for developing, maintaining and supporting the theme, for the problems that are happening on your website. I would like to specify that all themes can have issues.
Some however are not even issues at all, at least not that the theme is causing. Like for instance point 3 you mention above, the admin bar is added by a plugin you are using, which is buddypress. Please disable it in buddypress as I mentioned in the email
Please also try to take into account the support schedule displayed multiple times in the forum. That is valid for the email support as well. We try our best to get to them all fast, but also be as helpful as possible and provide solutions or investigate the matters. These may take time unfortunately.
