External Comments Systems Not Working After Theme Update

Hi,

Thrive comments was working fine with NewsPaper theme before updating from last 2 years.

After the recent update plugin is not working with your theme.

Can you tell did you disable the support for external comment systems?

Hello !

All plugins that are tested with our theme can be found in Newspaper > Plugins -> https://www.screencast.com/t/i70rduqUR73
Unfortunately we did not tested Thrive Comments plugin and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Sir,

When I disable tag div composer this plugin works fine.

So Did you change tag div composer comments settings in the new update?

The problem is with tag div composer plugin

Hello !

The core of our theme has suffered some changes due to Envato reglementations: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/ An it is possible to get in conflict with your plugin. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that a plugin from a previous version will work with the new version of our theme.
