Hi!
We cannot find at option to organize some external recommended links in a block like “What We’re Reading” here on this website https://behavioralscientist.org/what-were-reading/.
Should all blocks be linked to our own posts only? What is the best way to organize external links then?

Hello !
For articles that option is not available. You can create a page where you can link external pages but you will have to use either HTML links, or you can use Image Box / Single image elements as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/iVrLEBGh
