Extra elements for Visual Composer

U see there are extra elements available for add-on to Visual Composer.I specifically saw a element called Royal slider and a single post element that I like. Can these be purchased under the current free licence?

Unfortunately not so you would have to purchase them separately and ad them to visual composer.
