Hi

Is it possible to show the navigation (next-prev) at top and the bottom of block4?

Unfortunately theme doesn’t have an option for this. You will need custom modifications for that, unfortunately we cannot offer custom work because we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/
