This image was present on our BETA site as part of your theme demo. Its no longer used but it still appears in CSS on the site. Its abnormally large and causing Pagespeed tests to fail

The header that you are using is a overlay header, this one need to be set on a page/post/category that have set at the beginning of the content, some background images/colors hero elements and the header will cone over it, in you case the header has all the elements white so these will not be visible -> https://i.imgur.com/9s1yqlV.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ynGwnIF.png so make sure that you have set a header element or a slide or some image -> https://i.imgur.com/LYkqlaN.jpg also for categories you’ll need to set some background images -> https://i.imgur.com/brTUA3k.png -> https://i.imgur.com/nd1Glrp.jpg

The http://placestravel.staging.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/newsletter.jpg image is on your footer page, for this you need to go in Theme panel> Footer and edit the page -> https://imgur.com/lQSMGwo -> click on the row and check the css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/mxJokHA.jpg
