Today I upgraded from 11.4 to 11.4.1 and as soon as I did it, the web started to be extremely slow, sometimes returning 502 errors.
I have spoken to server support and they tell me that the template has started processes in the database that are still active and are making everything slow.

Hello, the code is generated continuously and saturates the web. We had to go back to 11.4 to make it work normally again, because after several hours in 11.4.1 the requests to the database continued…

I still have this problem. I tried to upgrade today to 11.4.2 from 11.4 and the page crashed again. I have spoken to the server technicians and they tell me that the template has generated many errors and crashes the database.
I have been like this for more than a month.
I had to go back to 11.4 for the 502 Error and extreme slowness to go away….
After update to 11.4.2 I lose header menu and mobile menu is blank

I try everything,, disable cash, clean cash,turn off all plugins, roll back to older versions wordpress, roll back to older versions of Newspaper, delete plugins wich maybe cause a problems. I have other website under my control novinarionline.rs that website working great but still work with wordpress 5.9 and Newspaper 11.4 and now wait for update maybe jump out same problem as serbiannews.ca when update theme. What I notice, Newspaper theme work great with 7.x php but with 8.x php versions make some troubles. I cant access to Dic composer when is stream Hero player plugin is active P.S Now I can’t access even when all plugins are turned off. I any case I think this is GREAT WORDPRESS THEME AND I CAN RECOMMEND IT.
