I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of response from your support team. I have already sent an email regarding the complications with the Newspaper theme, and it’s unacceptable that I haven’t received any follow-up.
Is this how you treat paying customers? I expected far better service from a product I purchased in good faith. The theme is overly complex, and despite my efforts to seek assistance, it seems like nobody cares enough to respond.
I’m asking for a refund due to the poor experience and lack of adequate support. Can someone from your team finally address this issue?
