Hi
We have updated all the info including app id, secret id etc but still it shows 0 likes on facebook

Please note that the Facebook profile page has to be public, the counter will not work if it is private. If you could provide a link to your website we will inspect it and see if there is anything wrong.

Please try and use only the numeric ID in the Facebook Id field of the social counter
