Hello mesut,

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, make sure that you have setup your Social Counter to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/

Hi,

Please make sure you are configuring the social counter properly like in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ and enter only the required information – https://www.screencast.com/t/ufhq413618o Try to setup your social counter again, and clear any caching installed. Also make sure that you Facebook profile page is not private. It would be very helpful if you can provide a link to your website, so we can inspect the social counter. Please note that there could also be some delay between the data synchronization.
