Hello,
I am working on my test site using Newspaper theme and have added links to our facebook and twitter accounts. However, the “likes” and “follow” #’s are not showing up.
Here is the link to our test site: http://48b.e14.myftpupload.com/.
Our current live site is: http://powerofhumanachievement.com/ and we have 8,289 Facebook likes and over 1300 following us on Twitter.

Hello,
I think you are referring to the social counter but i could not find it on your website. Nevertheless, there was a problem with our social counter due to facebook changes. They added a captcha widget when accessing facebook page when not logged in and this cut access to our widget. We fixed the problem in the curent version of the social counter. Please refer to this topic to see how to set up the plugin to work: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-facebook-fan-count-incorrect/
Thank you!
Hello,
I got the social counter to work now. Thank you. Another question I had was with regards to the # of facebook likes we had for our individual posts through Facebook. For example, this page: http://powerofhumans.com/2015/12/happy-76th-birthday-tina-turner-reminds-us-why-she-is-simply-the-best/, is set to “0” under the post where it has Facebook Likes. We have over dozens of likes from this post. How do I show this on my site?
Thank you,
Adria
Hello,
When you change the domain name, facebook will not recognize the URL anymore and the likes will be gone. In order to get your likes back you need to have exactly the same URL as you previously did. This is the downside of changing domain names unfortunately. (powerofhumanachievement.com vs powerofhumans.com)
Thank you!
Hi,
Redirects i think will cause this issue I’m afraid.
