Hi,

Please configure the counter using this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Enter all the necessary information in the required fields. Make sure the Facebook profile page is not restricted in any way, it should be public. Test the page in incognito browser mode to see if that is the case.
If there is still an issue, provide a link to your website so we can inspect the counter.

I am having the same issue. I tried my existing app and then I tried creating a new app. Facebook still says 0. I also deleted and reinstalled the plugin. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It does not say 0 at the moment from what I can see, it is working

That was probably a caching issue, it may take some time for the data to synchronize.
