I’m putting the ID of my facebook page, but the number of fans does not appear.
The same problem happens when you put youtubeID in the number of subscribers.
Would you help me?

Make sure that you set the social counter as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ also for youtube subscribers make sure that the api is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
