Facebook count in not working

I filled everything in tag div social counter. Youtube, Instagram working fine but facebook not showing ‘like’ count.

Hello aikiranreddy19,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the right version of Social Counter which comes bundled with the theme packet. Also, please ensure that you have right setup this plugin according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Notice that the Facebook will have to be configured according to with our docs (Facebook App, Facebook Id). Ensure that your Fb Id is valid and it is correctly added in the field.

Im tired of this Facebook counter. I tried all suggestions made on this page but im still getting Zero fans.

Hello cjsantos,

I have tested your Facebook page and I saw that it is not a public page and that’s why you bring 0 results. You should make your page to be public, clear all your caches and check the results.
