That is probably happening because the Facebook profile page is private or has restrictions. Please check if that is the case and set it to public. Then the counter should work properly if you entered the needed information

You probaly need to remove any page restrictions from the privacy settings. Test by opening the profile page without being logged in. The page should display even if you are not logged in.

It could be the country restrictions settings that are to blame. Try removing this condition and then check if you can access the Facebook page while logged out.
