facebook countar problem

If you mean the social counter, that should work properly once you configured it according to this guide

Check if it is set up like mentioned in the guide. If it is and the data is not refreshing or displaying any values, try clearing any caching installed.
Also make sure that your Facebook profile page is public, the counter will not work with private profiles.

Hi,

The social counter works in our tests, and there have been no other negative reports in this matter. If it is configured properly with valid information, the Facebook profile page is public and has no restrictions, you have cleared all caching installed (maybe the server has a cache as well) then everything should work just fine.
Try testing with another Facebook profile, if possible.
If you can, send us an email at the mentioned address above and provide admin login information, so we can take a look at this.

Hi,

The data will refresh by itself after a period of time. You do not have to do anything. The only thing that could prevent accurate numbers, is a cache.
At the moment it seems the likes are displaying properly from what I can see
