Facebook counter

Hello,

i noticed today that the social counter in my website, http://www.mediotejo.net is not working properly.

In facebook i have 4871 and in website 4721, can you help me solve the problem.

I have a copy of the website for tests and the facebook works fine, i disable it now, it was enable by distraction. That copy is in my local server.

Solved, in facebook id i put only the numbers like Emil said in one post, and it works fine for me.

In my case, it’s showing only 3 facebook fans, instead of 7.601..
Could you help me?

Please make sure you use the latest theme version and you have updated also the plugins provided with the theme(Visual Composer, Social Counter..) from the /plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-whats-included/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Also make sure you configure the fb social right using this guide(api key) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
