Hi,

I’m having problems with the Fb counter in the tagdiv social media counter not showing the likes. It shows on, but no more. We’re up to 27. I’ve followed the tutorials you’ve suggested to others, have all the app Id and registration info, and on the Fb developers page it says the app is operating correctly.

Hello all,

First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme. Otherwise, you have to take the latest version of it from Theme Forest and install it via FTP way on your domain. Remove the old version and install it the latest one. Also, you have to use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
