Facebook Counter doesn't work

Hello there,

currently I’m running into the issue, that my facebook counter doesn’t work – but only with my page. If I enter f.e. a other pageid, like the one from facebook, adidas or so on it shows numbers – but if I enter my pagename/id it simply doesn’t work.

Does anybody know from where that comes? Tried it now for multiple times – always the same result.

Hi,

When configured properly the counter will display accurate data. The counter will display the values from a Facebook “like” page. Such as this one
– https://www.wikihow.com/Create-a-Facebook-Fan-Page
The page must be public and have with no restrictions.

If you could provide a link to your website where the counter is present, we will inspect it.

sorry for my late reply. Currently I’m sick.

Since you said that the page shouldn’t have ane restrictions it works, since it had a few before. Now it works like a charm.
