Facebook Counter in Social Counter

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of it (Social Counter 4.1) with the latest version of the
theme -> Newspaper 7.4. Also, make sure that your Facebook ID and App Id is right generated in order to grab best results with this counter. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and test it again and check the results. If your problem is still there after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.

2)Do you are referring to the link of the social icons from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/FrunGkJZPoo9 Please notice that there you should add the entire link with HTTP or HTTPS in order to achieve best results.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about what your problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
