So when I use just FB username in the Facebook ID field the counter is always at 0, but the link works fine.
When I change that to full Fb link instead of just username, then counter works fine but the link is broken when I click.

Hi,
Please make sure you have updated the social counter plugin to the latest version, from the theme package. The configure it using this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Then clear any caching installed. Please note that there could be some delay for the data to refresh, so you should wait for a little time. If it is still not working properly, please provide a link to your website, so we can take a look.
