Facebook Counter Not Working

Hi,

Please try one more thing with the facebook counter. Insert a different ID to see if it will pull the information. Try something like ‘cocacola’ and if the counter displays properly, then switch it to your ID again. This will reset the social counter’s facebook.

Also make sure you clear all caches afterwards as the counter is affected by cache.
if you still have trouble with the counter afterwards, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. This should rule out any plugin conflicts that might affect the counter.
