Facebook Counter not working

Hi, I’m having problem with the Facebook social counter on my page, it has been 0 for more than a week now.

Please use this guide to properly set up your counter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
Then clear all caching afterwards as the facebook counter is affected by cache.

That’s what I did, cleared the cache from the browser, and it’s still 0.
I’m not using any cache plugins in wordpress.
