Hello,
I have been following the instructions on the Social Counter. It has updated the number of fans in Twitter and Youtube but no in Facebook, though the link works. How can it be solved. Thanks you and best regards, Olivier

Hello,
Are you sure all fields are properly filled as mentioned by the guide? If so, then maybe you have an id that consists of both letters and a large number. If this is the case, try to only use the large number without the letters and ‘-‘.
If you still cannot get it done, please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it. Maybe the Facebook id has limitations or restrictions set.
