i know how to creat like button(loop-single),but i don’t know how to align to center + Blue border

Hi,
Our theme has no such option so it has to be made custom. Unfortunately this represents customization that is not part of the theme support. You will have to use html and css to add classes and styles to the widget. You nned to use these proprieties: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-color.asp and https://css-tricks.com/centering-css-complete-guide/
