Facebook Like Not Showing Up on Social Counter

I put in my facebook id and the number of likes are still showing up as a 0. This is also happening with my youtube page. My twitter and instagram are showing up fine. I was wondering what I was doing wrong.

Hello mikeytrooper,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) and Social Counter 4.1, otherwise, please try to update them only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, please ensure that you have right set your Social Facebook Counter according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Try to clear all your caches and test it again and see how it will work.
