Facebook Like Number Is ZeRO even after verifying it

Hello,

I did what was told on the documentation for facebook page verification with token access. I got the token access as well. But, the number of likes displayed is 0.the page url is facebook.com/techl3g3nds

Hello ankush,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Social Counter in order to achieve best results. Please notice that if you are using the Newspaper 6.7.2, the Social Counter is 3.2 and if you are using the Newspaper 7 you have to use the Social Counter 4.0.

Yeah I have the latest version installed on both sides (the theme and the plugin) along with the correct credentials or else the facebook access token couldn’t have got generated.

If you have ensured that you have followed the right steps to get your app id, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so I can further inspect your setup page. Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer 4.11.2. If your problem is still there after this, please provide the link of this topic so we can identify you.
