I’ve created a Facebook app and inserted all the appropriate IDs in the Social Counter element, as well as getting the Facebook Access Token, which was successfully retrieved from FB. But the actual Facebook page has over 2,000 likes and the plugin is only showing 0 likes. How can I get it to refresh and show the correct number of Likes?

To refresh the count just change the facebook id to something else and then back to your own.
If this doesn’t work please check if the issue is caused by a plugin conflict, disable the rest of the plugin and see if the count works. If it still doesn’t work please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com , include a link to this conversation and provide wp-admin access so we can take a look.

Weird. I am also experiencing the same error that happened yesterday at ManilaShaker.com . Facebook count is not showing. I haven’t touched anything on the panel and settings.
I tried replacing it with other Facebook accounts but it seems it doesnt help.
Disabling all the plugs in and then turning on it individually consumes a lot of time. I hope tagdiv will somehow fix the issue affecting the facebook count.

i have the same problem. I am building my site. I have added social counter for facebook likes but there are ni likes showing.
Actual likes are about 20.

I had the same problem with the facebook counter set up on the homepage, but when i went into the theme panel and set up the ‘social networks’ section, the counter started working fine.
However, my google+ counter is still showing zero, even after clearing the cache etc., any one know why this is happening?

Please make sure that you set up the Social Counter plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ deactivate all plugins, clear the cache memory ant test again.
If you still can’t manage to solve this issue please provie your site url so I can inspect it closer.
