I would to change the dinamic of Facebook like and Twitter buttons in posts. Actually, when you click on it, you press like in the article. How I can point this button to my Facebook/Twitter fan page? In this way, when my users will click on it, they will click “Like” to my Facebook/Twitter fan page.

The theme doers not control the action of these buttons, it only generate the links for them. The Like/Tweet action is set by buttons origins, by this I mean the scripts from Facebook and Twitter. To achieve the desired result you’ll need a similar implementation with the one we use in Social Counter.
This is a complex task which require some customizations in theme’s code. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
