Facebook not working on social counter

Hello

I’m struggling to get facebook social counter to work, all others work fine, but facebook requires app id and security key, i think i’ve got these correctly, but it is showing 0 likes. Is there an updated guide on how to do this, tutorial says only facebook ID is required

Also please notice that the Facebook need to be public not private.

Hello

The tutorial only requires Facebook ID whereas mine also requires Facebook App Id, Facebook Security Key & Facebook Access Token.

I have deactivated and deleted the plugin, cleared cache and tried to reinstall (from the theme plugins page within wordpress) with no luck. The facebook page is public and visible to everyone, i have created a test page https://ukhh.com/test which includes the social counter at the bottom of the page.

Hi,

I test your Id and is working, please make a test, place the cocacolo id there and see if is working, after that replace the id with yours.
