Facebook sharing doesn't work

when i share a post via Facebook I get a wrong sharing information for example when i share
http://channelmarketing.guru/zuckerberg-facebook-near-term-plan-monetize-whatsapp/

i get different word content that the content in the original post

PS: this is not happening in the other posts

How i can fix this

Check your META data in the source (“view source”) for your page to see if correct. use the Facebook debug tool to check the page for errors.

This may happen because of facebook as it doesn’t renew you facebook open graph info. You can force this by using this facebook debugger tool: http://screencast.com/t/8kH7MdBu1
